mccuddly,thanks. very strike again. carry on fro m damaged box they said they would replace 3d glasses.order date 21/01/11 delivery date 4/2/11. on but still shows as awaitng stock.can very do anything but tell woppers. verys service is second to none !! i mean there is no one worse.

if you read my first entry you will see that my complaint is that the tv was delivered with the box soaking in one corner and a corner ripped open. i have asked what accessories were included as there was a green label stating accessories included.also the end of the tv had been pushed through the polystyrene protection.they have never replied regards the label.just sent email stating they are suppying glasses.they are not confused at all but just ignoring it hoping i will go away.they have stated passing it to another department.i have asked them for details of this department no reply as usual.
