Dont bother with Email they never seem to answer the questions correctly and give some random reply
0800 180000 is the free phone number, it will mention Kays just ignore that its the same call centre
Ive noticed alot of people calling the free very number for isme aswell

mccuddly.thanks ,trouble is they do not have any in stock and do not show it in their catalouge any more.they said return it.i explain previous to them.but have not replied to this day.if i returned it i can see me left with no tv as this i must admit is a great tv and price.pity very are not as good. do you know can supply any number.person,email that would get a result(pm me if you do not wish everyone to know) thanks daveBefore you point fingers,make sure your hands are clean !;)0

Get them to put you through to customer enquiries
They have the power to offer a tv at a reduced cost, However, Theyre offering to refund the TV and I'm guessing as its a good price you don't want to give it up?0
