    I watched an episode of 'Traffic Cops' some time ago where a car was flagged up by a motorway cop on the ANPR unit & pulled in,it was then clamped & the driver had to go & get money from a cash machine in order to pay the unpaid parking fines on his motor & get the car unclamped.Would I be right in thinking this would be a driver that had a CC Judgment against them for unpaid council fines?

    Still, ongoing. Local TS seem to be quite pro-active as they have had a number of similar complaints. They've taken copies of docs and statement from myself and other witnesses. Still chasing the charge-back side of things as well. Will keep it updated.
