If you seriously want the senior manager's office to reply to you, then you need to deal with them in a professional manner. Subject "Crap Service" isn't likely to be the best way forward, however frustrated you are.

You need to decide "Do I want to be taken seriously and have my complaint dealt with?" or "Do I want to come over as an ignorant lout?" because the latter is the impression you make when the first communication that the Executive office has such a subject tag.

Why antagonise from square one the people you want on your side?

Thanks, fair point.

I was (and still am) really peeved off as I was promised when I renewed my mobile contract that Orange would have all their call centres back in the UK within a couple of months, it was this that made me stay with Orange
News story “Orange has announced that it is set to bring jobs back to the UK from Indian call centres.”

It just cheeses me off that most of the time I can not talk to someone who can understand my regional accent and can take the same amount of time that a UK call centre takes
It also cheeses me off that they are sacking UK staff when they have an over capacity in the UK (after their merger with T-Mobile).
I would rather pay a little more each month and talk to someone in the UK (the option would be nice)

Orange have responded:
When it was announced that T-Mobile and Orange would become part of Everything Everywhere a business decision was taken to outsource some of our call queues to offshore call centres. This decision will not be reversed.

Note the fanfare and press releases when they announce the relocation of call centres from India to the UK, but the deafening silence when they reverse the decision and decide to throw UK people on the dole
baldly going on...
• Not sure if this helps or not but following my recent telephone calls to Orange, it seems that the calls go through to their UK branches i.e North Tynside, around the hours of around 8am to 1pm then after that you usually go through to foreign lands...

This is just a pattern I picked up so not exact by any means....:)
• Also if you have a serious complaint, these guys really helped me: executive.office@orange.co.uk

Good luck!
