Nut roast, potatoes, cabbage, green beans, gravy, stuffing, bread sauce.
Pumpkin curry, whole moong daal & rice
Bubble and squeak with baked beans and hot sauce
Tofu quiche with onions, broccoli and pumpkin
Pasta with vege-mince and a sundried tomato sauce
Mac and 'cheese' with peas
Spaghetti and beanballs with marinara sauce
Tomato and haricot bean stew served over herbed bulgar wheat
Mushroom and cannelini paprikas served over barley
3 bean chilli served with rice and pumpkin-jalepeno cornbread
Pumpkin and lentil pie/pasty/stew (same base but with either pastry, mashed potato topping or dumplings)

Roasted pumpkin soup and homemade bread (+cheese for OH)0 -
Here's my mealplan for the week ahead:
Mon: Prawn Stir Fry
Tues: Toad in the Hole
Weds: Jacket Potatoes with Melee Beans
Thurs: Lasagne (from freezer, but HM)
Fri: Chilli Con Carne with Sauteed Potatoes
Sat: Spicy Chicken Skewers with Salad
Sun: Roast Pork, Roast Potatoes and trimmings (should have had at Christmas, but didn't due to one thing or another).
All are subject to change, but I really hope to be cooking the roast pork as I haven't had a roast in a while and really fancy one. Breakfasts = cereal, and lunches are sandwiches or leftovers that won't freeze overly well (or that I can't resist). For snacks, there are some chocolate and banana brownies in the cake tin and there is fruit, too.
Hope everyone has a good week.
