Last time I did this sort of thing I had to decorate small hats with lace, ribbon and tiny flowers and fill them with lavender seeds for one bride and the other wanted sugared almonds in tiny baskets tied around with netting and ribbons.

We'll be having the netting and ribbons ... a bit of a nod to the traditional (traditional when I was a kid anyway!)

We've got 22 guests at the lunch following the wedding so not too big a job

Rock pieces are available on Ebay, for sticks, look at Coronation Rock's website - it is quite pricey though.

we are having brown organza bags with a silver sixpence and 5 sugared almonds in along with explanations of the traditions. I really wanted something traditional.
