What the old punters are doing is rating you on how long it took to get to them and not how long it took to post the bloody thing.

How on earth do you know how old your buyers are?

And why would old ones be more liable to do this?

And if you mean old in terms of ebay experience, wouldn't more experienced ones be more likely to have a more sensible approach?

miss typed should have been 'good old' as a nicety and not a derogatory comment. Funny how some people only see the worst on here.

LOL, yes, strange how people read what is actually written and not what the poster intended to write. :D

My fingers stay the same, it's the keys on the keyboard that move.

Do buyers really take much notice of the star ratings anyway? I know personally I pay more attention to the number of negatve and neutral feedbacks rather than how sellers are rated on the stars.

Similiarly, i always leave feedback but quite often dont bother with the stars. i never thought they made much difference tbh.

The stars mean a lot now to sellers as is you get bad scores repeatedly ebay will close you down eventually:(

Buyers do and buyers don't, but Ebay certainly do. Fall below a certain limit or take a hit on 2 lows (for a low volume seller) and you find yourself in danger territory.
