Orange-Should I have to pay??

    Hi. Just to update this thread...
    After almost 5 months, over 10 hours of calls, trips to the store and emails back and forth Orange have released me from my contract with no fee. They admitted there was a fault but they were unable to diagnose or fix it and so agreed they were in breach of contract.

    Just goes to prove that it is possible to get the correct result. My advise- When you know something is not right don't just take it, persevere and if you have a valid case hopefully you will get the right result... :j
