Anyone else had NPower Quidco declined?

I've reached the end of the road with my Quidco cashback queries and support, they tell me there's nothing more they can do. I smell a rat and have decided to write to an NPower director so I wondered if anyone else was having the same problem.

Have you been refused Cashback from Quidco for NPower? Have they been mysteriously unable give you any details about where the commission actually went? Post here!

    Will be interesting to see if anything comes of my email to Sally. Will post here if I have any news.
  • I changed my energy supplier to Npower via Topcashback. I have been waiting since September for this to track and after me filling in several enquiry forms and nudges it has finally been confirmed at zero. I have finally been turned down for npower cashback due to npower paying the money to a different cashback site. I have never visited a different cashback site with regards to npower. From the amount of people who have switched to npower via topcashback and have had their cashback declined, you would think that the management of tcb would be looking a bit closer to what treatment we are getting from npower.
    The cashback system seems to be open to abuse from any inscrutable company that seems to make good cashback offers but then dont pay.
  • uswitch got me onto npower no worries and gave me some wine to... quidco failed to pay me to a tv i got through them .... gansters

    I wish you the best of luck mate, I really do. There are many many of us in the same boat.

    Good luck to you too Sally, when your (allbeit generic) email address above gets circulated around you will be swamped I predict with the hundreds of us that have been lured in with the highest cashback offers, all the while having virtually no chance of ever receiving the cash. Your company's reputation is rightly in tatters due to this malpractice.

    Hello, if possible you should re-title your thread including Quidco and TopCashBack as there are hundreds of us in the same boat with either of those cashback sites and N-Power. They will then hopefully reach this thread with a Google search and contribute with their own experiences of this shameful unpaid cashback episode.

    A Google search is how I got here. And good luck with your cashback.
