Anyone else had NPower Quidco declined?

Today i've heard that my domestic Npower claim with Topcashback that went to zero twice, even though it tracked through them, has now been declined as it was "captured through telesales". I did it online through TCB and it was a web only tarriff! I've got the email confirming it!
One of my 2 business claims has been turned down for being an existing customer which neither business was. The other is still pending from last February.0 -
I have looked for more information regarding our legal rights regarding cashback sites and it would appear that the general consensus of "you might not get cashback but if you do, treat it as a bonus" is not quite correct. Have a look at this link on Consumer Action Group which is a very interesting site about anything and everything regarding our rights as a consumer. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?294648-Topcashback-problem-they-are-refusing-Npower-cashback(2-Viewing)-nbsp

This link shows the appalling reviews of Npower by people who have had their cashback declined by Topcashback on the Topcashback site.

This sounds suspiciously like it is going to end up being a case of fraud by an individual or individuals in one of these organisations.
A significant 'finders fee' (£50-£115) is paid out per switched customer and the cashbacks sites do not guarantee the money and offer no comebacks after the claims procedure has been exhausted. Therefore, it would be quite easy to decline a few with one of the many excuses listed here and on the feedback section mentioned above. Then send the payment to another agency to be collected by someone else. Like a supermarket checkout operator swiping their own 'points card' instead of the customer's.
What is surprising is the overwhelming 90%+ negative reviews and Topcashback, Quidco etc. are not commenting on it. I would be investigating and making a statement as soon as possible if it were my business being dragged through the mud.BE NICE - IT'S FREE!0 -
Have asked constantly for TCB to show the percentage of tracked transaction that go payable at zero-they have refused for about 3 months now. They say 94% track and 6% don't. Of the 6% that doesn't track 71% complete manually which means that all of us who tracked originally are included in the 94%. We show as being a tracked and happy customer. Is there a moneysaving expert person who can help us????0

An update - Sally's help in sorting this out did eventually work and Quidco have emailed me to say the £150 has finally been paid to me! Fabulous result, thanks a million Sally. 10 months and an awful lot of hassling - it was still worth it.0

I hope the mysterious Sally from NPower can help me. I've been chasing £100 cashback from Npower for a year... The sole reason I took out the contract.
I've repeatedly asked Quidco for help only for them to say they are chasing. Then this week they closed my open ticket that's been open for a year saying NPower requested a new one to investigate.
Doesn't this smack of Quidco massaging their statistics so they don't have too many old tickets on their system? And why don't they seem able to get a straight answer out of NPower on the wherabouts of my £100?
So upset about this.0 -

Playing a game they are, patient and determined you must be.
Presumably you've emailed the lovely Sally? This is your first step. After this the path is rocky and strewn with the skeletons of those without the determination to see it through. If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then yours is the £100, and what's more, you'll have beaten Quidco my Son.0 -
Hi PeterJHart,
I'm very pleased that we were able to sort this out for you and that you now have your cashback.
I hope you enjoy spending it! Have a great weekend.
Best wishes
Sally
