Very busy at 9 when they opened and getting busier, I can't see there being much left by the end of the day, almost all toys were gone by 10 when I left. Plenty of sweets/chocolates left and bits and bobs of the toiletries. Lots of wrapping paper, cards etc.
One thing I have just noticed is that many of the items I have bought have been over priced? Say I bought three packs of photo frames baubles, they have a price label that says £5.00 so I assumed they would be £1.25 BUT on the receipt they came up as £5.11 then down to £1.27. Now I know that is only 2p more than I expected so not a lot but it has happened on 18 items I bought making it about £1 over what I expected. Again this is not a huge amount but it is my money and I feel a bit put out that it has been taken. Has this happened to anyone else?
Ishould think it wil be the VAT increase

Just entered this number into the 'Say No to0870' website and came up with this number:
0115 918 2000
Spoke to a (most apologetic) lady, who - unfortunately - could only confirm that the site was still being updated and that she could not say when it would be 'up & running' again.
HTH someoneIf it's cheap, I'm cheerful!0
