has anyone ever tries to replace the focus passenger bulb it's practically impossible !
  • It's defo the fog lights for the non-existent fog that annoys me the most - was followed by someone with their fog lights on, so put my back ones on, he put his bloomin full beam on, so when he passed me I put my front ones on, he put his back ones on!! The car in front of him was my husband (who had worked out what was going on) so he put his back ones one and then when the guy passed him he put his full beam on and blinded the stuppid twit! It was a brand new car so don't know if the guy even knew he had them on - not an excuse tho as there would be a nice bright light on his dashboard. Little rant over :)
  • All those dip-5hites who park up, leaving their headlight on, directly in the eye line of on-coming traffic. For all that is holy, put them on sidelights !!!!!!. !!!!!!'s.

My dad had to change a headlight in my old Ka (now being driven by him) last week. As it was the dipped bulb that went, it cost him £12 for the bulb and now it seems that the whole of the front of the car has to be removed (may be a slight exaggeration)to replace the bulb. My dad is quite handy with cars but even he said he'd have to take it into the garage to be replaced.

No wonder drivers put off replacing dud bulbs. The cars are obviously designed by someone who never has to drive them.

The Ka is difficult but not impossible, tell him to find someone with smaller hands.

Yes fog lights really annoy me. The other day where I live we had drizzle. I mean there was no issue with visibility yet I counted about 20 cars with front and rear fog lights on.

The Great British Public seem to think that the mere wisp of fog means that they need to turn on their fog lights.

I have had my car since July and not once have I had to use my fog lights. People just seem to like to push buttons or drive around with as many lights on as possible
  • I drive a Volvo V50, so there's no chance me forgetting to put my lights on! I find it annoying that I have to have them on all the time, is it the law in Sweden or something? Well, it isn't the law here, yet. Still, its better than when I picked up a hire car at Schipol ariport the other evening and drove about three miles on the motorway before being flagged down by a helpful Dutch man who told me I'd forgotten to put my lights on at all......doh! It was quite interesting, when he approached the car, the first thing he said was 'Are you English?'
