    Hi,

I completed two surveys late this afeternoon after an email survey invite from Vivatic.I too on completion noticed that my balance had not increased and was about to fire off an email of complaint. Before I did I noticed the FAQ on the my surveys page and found the following :-

I've completed a survey but my account has not been updated instantly. How long does it take?
We work with a number of survey companies and each has a different method of providing us details of who completed a survey. Some completions are reflected almost instantly and in most cases they are reflected within 24 hours. Surveys completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be reflected until Monday morning.

Now I can't swear to the fact but I'm nearly certain that when I've taken a survey with them on a weekend in the past my account was credited immediately.I'll hold judgement until Monday Morning.

Hi, yes I've always been credited straight away, whichever survey I've completed and I've been with them for 3 months now. If you had the same problem, maybe there's a technical problem their end? I haven't heard anything back yet, so will give them until Monday and then e-mail again. I'll let you know if they reply. :)

In the past, a couple of my £1 surveys took around 2 weeks before they were finally credited.

Problems here too, just completed a Populus survey and it failed to track immediately as previous surveys have done, so I'm concerned.

I don't want to waste time doing surveys I'm not going to get credit for - I gave up on the 85p Web Sourcing ones because none of those EVER tracked even with different browsers or completely different PCs!

I really don't want the Populus and New Vista ones to go the same way :(
  • Well I've just checked as it's now Monday morning, and the balance still hasn't updated! I'm going to give it until this afternoon, then email them.

Just checked my balance and it has been updated with the 3 surveys I completed last week. Hopefully everyone else has been updated.
  • Me too. Just checked again and it's all there now :j

  • Been using vivatic for a few months now with no problems. Some surveys take a few days to credit your balance, some are instant. I have been lucky enough to get the writing test and have done a few writing jobs to and have been paid for them with no problems.
Can anyoen tell me though what the tax implications are here with this income?

I think that the disclaimer I read when requesting my first payment said that all the payments need to be declared, which makes sense. I didn't read it too closely as I am already self employed and have to declare the likes of this and pureprofile etc.
