After doing some research i decided to have a go at vivatic, to my surpise i really enjoyed it and also got my friends into doing it.

After i had £10 i requested payment and i carried on doing surveys due to the good words said about your company. Soon enough i was also able to request another £10. Both due on the 14th of April. I thought to myself this is a real great company, So unaware as to what was going to later happen i carried on doing more surveys. I finally got to my £30 mark and requested payment, this time it was due in on the 24th of april or around that time.

I tried to log in the next day to be greeted with a message saying my account wasn't activated or blocked?! At this point i thought it was a bug with the computers at my college, so i tried at home and i was still not activated or blocked. At this point i emailed vivatic, and after 5 days i still have not had any response.

I have spent around 20 hours trying to get this money and to have received none of it and being told my account is blocked was really disappointing. I have now sent a PM to the person calling themself vivatic.

    Very upset and disappointed

This is the answer i would like to know as well. Filling out surveys is all well and good but if you are spammed either by email, phone or address after providing your details it would prevent me doing them

I keep getting e-mails from them saying there's a survey available for me to do, only to find that there aren't!

Have you been changing the details you enter ie dob or had any surveys been rejected for quality control reasons? Has more than one person registered to the same home address?

I'm actually wondering if anyone has been paid by them? As they say if it looks too good to be true...

They do pay, I've been paid a good few times now.

Yes they definitely do pay and on the date they say they will. They do seem to send a lot of survey invites and when you do them they tell you you're not suitable but I think this is the same with most of the sites.
  • Glad to hear they are legit, I was a little concerned about the poster who said they had their account blocked but looking a little closer, if they access their account via college (as well as other ip's) and so do their friends then it could well be down to the ip addresses being used.

I have a few payments scheduled, I haven't heard much about them ut mostly it seems like positive reviews.

  • I signed up for Vivatic on Saturday and have done a few surveys, up to £7.85 on my account now, I keep getting an email saying there are surveys for me to do but then get into the account and find that I do one, then get told I'm not eligible for another or that there aren't any surveys to do.

But even it I manage to get say £10 a month I would be happy :-)

Fingers crossed it'll work, I've registered for PayPal, so will have to work out how to get paid once I get to the £10 mark. I take it that I request a pay out and it goes to PayPal, and that I register bank details in PayPal and that will then pay into my bank account? Sorry if that's a daft question!

Hi yes paypal will pay into your bank account but charge a small fee if you withdraw less than £50.

I have been with Vivatic about two weeks, already requested £10 last week and i'm back up to £9.10 already so I'm pleased with them thus far :)
