Yes Vivatic are usually pretty good and your account gets credited right away.

I'm due a payment today, not received it yet but have always found them pretty good at paying on time so expect they will make the payment later today.

Update: They must have been listening I've just this minute had a payment ;)

I just completed a Populus survey and after the last question I was told my answers couldn't be accepted because I didn't answer the age questions consistently. I answered the first one 18-24 and the second one 20-24. Pretty annoying since I just spent 15 minutes completing it!

I just got the same message too about Populus about the age questions! :( I've emailed Vivatic about this and I told them that I already passed 80% of the survey (think it was 86%) so really I feel I should be entitled to that £1.

Exactly the same, except it was different age brackets - both covering my age. Not impressed.

    I've e-mailed them also

Anyone got a payday for today and been paid ??

Yes I was paid £9.80 yesterday.
However I have not yet been paid for the Populus survey that froze on the last page - despite being promised by Viatic that they would "update my account in 2 days" on Tuesday at 3pm.

Surveys seem to have dried up a bit now though.

What email address did you use to contact Vivatic? I want to write to them to warn them of this Populus error/tactic..

Email address for problems is customers@vivatic.com - which I could not find anywhere on the site. I had to email their "info" email address and I then got a stock reply back - giving me the address I've given above.

Thanks Mrs Money. I've tried that email address, twice, but had no success.

Perhaps the person on this forum, who calls themselves Vivatic, would like to answer the queries, which seem to be shared by a number of people.

On a happier note, I got paid £9.80 yesterday, so at least the site is honest.
