    Hi hun

That's exactly what I am doing with our vouchers. We're going to the Lakes around easter and visiting places near there - wildlife parks and Beatrix Potter "museum" for my little girl.

Looking forward to it - in fact I can't wait!

Your DFD is approachinig fast and furious! I will be with you every step of the way and for a while after too! Lol

    Hey everyone,

Well thats another weekend just about over! Ha ha I'm actually happy about that as when I am at work I cant spend money!
Havent spent much this weekend but I need to make a trip to Te*cos just now so fingers crossed for me - lol! I need to get some make up and I hate buying it as its so expensive. I also need to get my hair done but instead of going to the hairdresser I am going to dye it so it will look a bit different and get rid of those wee white hairs that have started to come through!!!!! :( I reckon its coz of this debt worry that I get them!! haha! and the tweezers can only take out so many!! (i really should stop doing that)

I have also decided that as from the 1st April I am going to work out how much I have per day to spend. THen if I have anything left I can pay it straight to the B/Card that day and at least I will feel as if I am doing something as it always feels like such a long month when the payments are all made at the start.

Enjoy whats left of the weekend

    Hi Dragon,
A mini mse meeting, that sounds great. Was it on these boards that was organised or is it something that has been organised in the community?
I must keep an eye open to see if there is any meetings like that up with me :)

It was done ad hoc, a few of us realised we were all going to be close last weekend and met up!

    Okay, I have a confession !!!

I spent £48.00 in Te*cos last night  This was on hair spray, dye, makeup, shampoo and conditioner etc etc. Just about had a heart attack when I saw the amount on the till. The thing is I really actually did need the things I was buying. They will get well used so I dont feel too bad. My confession is that I put it on the credit card. Am so annoyed with doing that I wish I could turn back time.

On the plus side I think I have won £50 in a competition we do at work so will find out for definite tomorrow so I'm hoping that I can pay that straight to my b/card.

So far its going to be a NSD today so looking good. JUst have to make sure its a NSD for the next 9 days until pay day :T

Ohhh dear, never mind - pick yourself up and dust yourself off! Don't worry about it, what's done is done and we all need a treat every so often! Plus you will benefit from it and it will do your self esteem good to feel good in turn helping you stay focussed....!

That's why I cut mine up so while I am in the trasition stage (lol!) I simply can't spend on them even if i want to which I would have up to 3 times so far.

You will be fine, the journey is a long one, we need happiness along the way,

Yep I cut my CC up last week, it was getting too easy to just "add a little something" and then have a huge bill/interest at the end of the month!
