The challenge comes to an end tomorrow on 27th April

    How did we do then

my aims were - do not buy anything from QVC or any make up. No toiletries unless I run out and no more washing powder until the last one is in use

I did not buy any make up or washing powder. I did buy a few things from QVC - a dress, 2 pairs of birkenstocks for under £20 which were 2 good to pass up and a kipling bag which was also cheaper.

Overall quite pleased with how it went and more pleased with the putting £1 into a pot everytime I used up a beauty product. Over the 100 days I put in £25 which will go on a little treat for me

And as I get to the end of the challenge I'm almost out of shampoo and will be buying some more on Thursday

Does anyone want another challenge running for another 100 days from 28th April?

I would like to do another challenge. Still want to work on keeping my toiletries down and using them up first before I buy anymore.

    Ok here we go!
    100 day Challenge 2
    Start date 28th April
    End date 6th August

    Who wants to join in?

Anyone is welcome and just pop on and let us know how you're doing and what aspect of your spending you want to control better

For me it is QVC. Should be easier this time around as I cannot buy a lot of skincare from there now due to my skin allergy problems and my impulsive spending is reigned in now.

Still sticking to the usual only buy new toiletries when I have run out which I'm managing to stick to in the main but do have quite a lot of moisturiser to last me this year. Still now buying make up like I used to and the only thing I will need is a new mascara and primer. Plus I'm carrying on with the putting £1 in the pot when I use up a beauty product which stands at £25 from the last challenge.

Good luck everyone and please let me know how you're doing!
