    Hi Eltee

This idea is great and it was someone's idea in the last challenge - it works really well and soon starts adding up. I was going to spend mine on a new face mask or night balm at the end of the last challenge. Then today changed my mind and decided to put the money towards my holiday instead and continue to use up my face masks and moisturisers first. I'm hoping for somewhere around the £40-£50 mark for this time!

Kerry - you're included of course!

I'm not updating the front page and decided we could go on page by page like we do now if that's ok with you all

Hi everyone - I have been lurking waiting until the old challenge has finished.

    I would like to:-
    a) buy no shower gel (have at least 5 new bottles lurking under the cupboard!)
    b) buy no shampoo and conditioner
    c) buy no make up (thats a tougher one as I have one or two essentials nearing the end of their useful life but I will try and focus!)

I really like the idea of putting a £1 away whenever something is used up so will give that a go. My sealed pot is getting heavier by the week.

Hi how are we all doing at the start of the new challenge!

I'm happy as I've used up 2 more products (shower gel and shampoo) and put another £2 into the pot so now stands at £28!

Bought some more shampoo on friday and have enough to last a while now

    Hi all,

Hope I haven't left it too long to join, just saw the thread as I was browsing the boards.

I'd like my challange to be:

    1. No buying shampoo, I'm currently using about 4 different ones
    2. No buying books. I can get lots from the library.
    3. Exercise 3 times a week. Whether this is the cross trainer or the Wii is fine but 3 times a week is the minimum

I'd love to add no buying magazines to the list but I'm not that strong yet. They are my complete guilty indulgence. :o
