Birthday present for 14 year old girl

My son is going to the birthday party of a 14 year old girl and would like to buy "girly stuff" as a present. He wants to spend between £5-£10 on toiletries, make up or perfume.

What brands are appealing to teenage girls? If anyone has seen any good bargains, he'd appreciate it :money:
Here I go again on my own....

A big bouquet of flowers! how many 14 year olds have got flowers for their birthday! for a tenner you can get two or three bunches of really nice flowers from Aldi (which someone could put together into one gorgeous bunch for him)and they do a delivery service online too.(, or asda and tesco do nice bunches for £9.99. Not got a clue about make-up, perfume or anything girls of 14 are into. he knows the girl - is she the girly girl type or the more studious? barbie or goth! thats the minefield with make-up and perfume! flowers are safe - who doesnt love flowers?
  • sleek makeup (superdrug) do eye pallettes for £5 and they're fantastic! you get about 12 colours in each one and they look more expensive than they are

Lush do small gift boxes for under £10, they go down well.
  • Claires have a fantastic sale at the moment - all their sale goods £5.00 and under are 10 for £10 ( wow!)
I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)
  • Soap and Glory seems very popular with the teens.
    Chocolate from Thorntons.
    Cinema ticket.
Primark do nice ranges of jewellery etc.
    Lush do products under £5.
Lots around should be suitable for you.
    Started comping February 2012
    Wins so far:
Mascara, dry shampoo, chocolates, Loreal Elvive goody bag.Pot noodle fork , maggi mix, couscous,
  • Try to avoid going down the smellies route, I used to hate it when I was younger when I'd have boxes of smelly bits that I never used (now I'm grateful for them that I'm at uni!) As unimaginative as it sounds, a gift voucher for somewhere (Topshop, New Look, River Island, HMV etc) would be better in my opinion, then she can get what she wants!
