have done my room - including brushing cat fur and Valli hair off the carpet

But I STILL have not found my spare specs *rubs chin*

have also been to get trainers for DS, been into Currys to gawp at high priced TV rack and compare it with the one I got for half their price (not much different and mine has all necessary fittings, too) so made DS come with me to electronics shop to buy mice for school (3) and adapters (audio headphone jack to computer jack (10 because I don'tknow how many we need but they are easily lost) - and thought of JojoTTF as the shop is full of kit ;) Their airduster cans are (a) smaller and (b) dearer than Wilko but they had lots of lovely screwdivers and lots of interesting-looking cans of other stuff. Got all-singing all-dancing VAT receipt for claiming back ;)
and made DS accompany me to Mr Ms for bits and to fill up car and check tyres DS helped;)

Hoping Soappie and Greenbee are ok...

    Happy Birthday Poohbear:bdaycake:

and draw out the back yard ( There has to be a way to make that dark and dingy place happier.
For starters sockdrawer could you paint the concrete/walls with white - or a mural of hills and green fields and blue sky? even just plain white will lift it and make it brighter especially when it is sunny.

piggers re the bullying I would hang fire for now and see how it develops just keeping a beady eye on him and his behaviour - might be worth mentioning it at school but asking them to just watch - at least that way if anything kicks off they cant turn round and say that you should have told them sooner - just my ramblings!
I hope OH's gran's last few days are as peaceful and painless as possible and she is surrounded with love.

helen j great news about the boiler - what a busy time you will have - you needed a little diversion. I hope Dad is back on track and holding his own again- love and strength to you and your MUm - you are coping brilliantly and I am sure your Dad is very proud of you.

dancemum how worrying for you (((hugs)))for you and your Mum - I hope she is now comfortable and the news is better than you are expecting and she will soon be on the mend - dont be too hard on yourself for now but try to keep busy even if just little jobs.
cyclingyorkie (((hugs))) I am cringing in pain just thinking about you in the pool - I def think you need to re-consider that one.
LameWolf awh my goodness what next? I hope your bumps and bruises dont ache too much. Please take it easy and look after yourself huge squishy (((hugs)))

after my busy day I am having a quieter evening will watch something and cut up Christmas cards at the same time

get well soon vibes for all the poorlies

Special love and hugs to LadyL

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

About an hours worth of ironing done earlier(and only 1 wash load left in the basket), went to slimming world....stayed the same, not bad after the weekend I had!!1 I did lose 1 and a half lb's last week though.
    Came home and had chinese!!!!

I want to look for some sort of shoe storage for my tiny porch....tried a shoe rack....no-one really used it so shoes were scattered all on the floor....got a basket....hard work trying to find 2 matching shoes and when you did, they would be all scuffed and marked from the others. Back to a shoe rack now and same old same old!! Think my first ports of call are ebay and ik£a....
