Good morning!! Just spent a jolly time celebrating DS1's 18th birthday morning, and he's off to school now.

    Happy Birthday to your DS

My dear friend was very upset last night and I so know how she felt it was 6 years today that my own Dad died. The funeral has been arranged for the same date, time and place that Dad's was so will be a tough day all round.

Just walked home from school with a Dad from school who's wife has a brain tumour and is on the last treatment available and is now unable to use one side of her body. Life can be so tough for people.

Going to do a quick HH here to get my dailies done and then out on some errands.

    See you all later.

    Morning everyone,

Yesterday I did nothing except empty the DW! Baby was lying in an odd position which made it almost impossible to stand, let alone walk :( Thankfully he turned late last night so today should be far more productive, although at least yesterday I managed to finish knitting the 2nd sock of a pair so my feet are lovely and comfy today!

Kids have been delivered to school/preschool and WM is on, going to load the DW and then do HHI at 10.15 (should hopefully clear my ironing pile) followed by a HHC or 2 at 10.45.

Must remember to type up an invoice for DH, and also got a midwife appointment at 3.50 after I pick DS up.

Hugs etc to everyone who needs one, I have plenty to go around! xx

I've got my BIL and fiance coming over for dinner on Friday, and MIL and FIL on Saturday - and I'm STILL battling the children to keep this house tidy!
I've had to pick and choose from the list and add my own today, so hopefully this is what I'll have done

    Declutter the floors
    Sweep stairs and hallway
Hang and beat runner and doormat
Tidy everything you can see when the front door is open!
Dust and deweb.. don't forget lightbulbs and shades!
Scrub front door.. inside and out!
Wash any curtains/draught excluders and doormats!
    Empty Vacuum cleaner
    Wash windowsills
At least 3 loads in WM
    Kitchen floor mopped
    Toys tidy
    Living room tidy and hoovered
