Morning everyone. Was looking forward to getting to grips with the dirty grout but somehow:( twisted my back cleaning the appliances - it;s freed up today so hopefully can get more done.

Monday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining areas
Level Two
Scrub tiles.. and grout..
Shine sink
Level Three
Throw away 10 items you have kept for ages but have absolutely no use for!..
Clear and wipe window sills
Wipe table and replace cloth if necessary

Extras
Muck out the fridge..
Muck out the oven and hob
Tighten and wobbly pan handles!!

Tuesday ~ Hall, Stairs and Landing!
Level One
Declutter the floors and vacuum them.:eek:Hall is full of packs of wood from floors to go waiting to go up to DS2's room! Idk if my back will let me move these:(
Tidy everything you can see when the front door is open!
Level Two
Dust and deweb.. don't forget lightbulbs and shades!
Scrub front door.. inside and out!
Level Three
Empty and declutter the cupboard under the stairs.. you do not need the junk that has been in there for a million years!
Empty Vacuum cleaner, wash filters and clean brushes once you have finished vaccing.. leave to fully dry before rebuilding machine!

Wipe and water and furry plants
Wipe paintwork and door knobs
Sort coats and bags and shoes

I would like to get to the point where I welcomed people who came to the door of my house rather than dread it and pretend that I'm not in. It would be lovely to be able to invite people round for a meal. But baby steps, I won't try to run before I can walk.

WonderfulLife, I so agree with you. That is exactly how I feel. I want CHAOS out of my life:)

Let's see where that gets me...I did today's list last week because "Eek!" friends were coming which always sends us into a frenzy of activity so it shouldn't take long today. I can already see how this can work
