Disappearing Nectar points - which part of the forum to post on?

Reading the Grabbit board in the wee sma' hours, I noticed a post from someone who thought that they had lost Nectar points recently, and was having trouble with the Nectar website, because they had forgotten their password.

I haven't had any probs with the website, even though I had forgotten my password. I got a new, temporary, password sent to my email address within seconds of clicking the 'forgot password' link.

That said, I do think that I have lost Nectar points recently, and have noticed that the receipts aren't showing my points balance any more.

As I was posting a reply to the original thread (on those lines), I got a message that it was an 'invalid thread'. Which, it transpired, meant that the thread had been deleted.

With hindsight, it was foolish of me to post a 'what happened to the Nectar points thread?' post.

However, I think it would be quite helpful for have a thread about the 'disappearing points' issue somewhere.

Maybe no one has actually lost points - so a reassuring thread would be helpful.

But, if people are correct in thinking that some of their Nectar points have disappeared, wouldn't it be helpful to have a discusion about that too?

So, which part of the forum should those discussions be posted on?

Well, as it's not a grabbit it's not suitable to be posted on grabbit so maybe the Praise, Vent & Warnings board ?
