  • I recently received correspondence from CapQuest regarding my hearing. Regarding my set aside application, they have stated...
"we do not believe that your application shows a substantial dispute" and I have been given a reduced payment offer etc etc to possibly avoid the court hearing.

would anyone be able to offer any advice - I believe my set aside application DOES show a substantial dispute!

    Ok.

    1. Did you try to contact Davies and was he available? If he was not, the SD is dead in the water.

    2. You did not confirm payment history, or when you last aknowledged the debt. If it's SB, then the SD is also dead in the water.

    3. Your papers should show when you can last submit the defense.

    4. Take no notice of crapquests usual complete giant ball of suck reply

I called CQ and Barry Davies was unavailable - no surprises there! I am still looking through and seeing if this could possibly be SB.

I called the court today who gave me the answer about submit the paperwork.

    Thanks thechippy...much appreciated!

oh! i just presumed it was sold on as the letter states that the debt has been passed onto them. They can show up at my door anytime, i will welcome them with my dog :D

That could be considered to be causing needless suffering to your dog. What has the poor beast done to deserve being poisoned like that?
