    Well I'm not sure I count as a success story but I started reading this thread a couple of weeks ago a day or two before I had an interview (probably about my 8th interview-I had been job hunting since October) and got the job!

    One of the jobs I applied for and didn't get before that said that over 300 people had applied for one position. No wonder it is hard to get a job at the moment!

    I was feeling exactly the same as you guys a few weeks ago so keep the faith and keep applying, you will all get there in the end.

    Well another day and another couple of rejections.

    Even got a rejection inside of 5 seconds! - now at least that is efficient

    Woohoo, I got a job! Had the interview today and was offered it at 5pm. It's an ongoing temp admin job and I start tomorrow morning. Just winding down from the day now so I can sleep and get up at the crack of dawn for work :) I'll still be looking for the job that I'm qualified for but I'm just relieved to have anything at all - easier to get a job if you're in a job and all that!

    Good luck to everyone else with their job hunt!

    Had a rejection this morning from one of my interviews this week, I have another interview later today and one on Monday though so trying not to let it get me down too much :)
