im with aa since 2001 and have only used them 3 times

once to take my mini back from newquay to hampshrie after the diff exploded - i stayed down there and they took the car back to my house

2nd time stupid bracket snapped holding the spark plug leads and they fell in the cooling fan (typical vauxhall)

3rd time water pump - each time they have taken my back to my house 100+ miles and i only have roadside just normally give the bloke a tenner

At this very moment AA office bods are sorting through their records and 3 fellas will be looking for new jobs tomorrow..;)
