OK, so to close... I just want to say one more huge thanks to everyone involved in this discussion, for the kind words, the enthusiasm and everything that made me smile. Truly, working in a box as I do it's very gratifying to hear the things that have been said.
Secondly, everyone who read Codex or saw the puzzle and thought "I'll bet this guy's really geeky and has a weird voice" - well done, you got that one correct as well! (now we know why I'm a writer and not an orator!)
To those who won - well done, and to those who didn't I hope you'll chance your arm next time around and I wish you the best of luck in ALL your competition entries.
@logyon - I honestly don't know, what with user names on forums not matching real names on entries but well done to you and I hope you enjoy Sequence. It is very, very complex and the puzzle will be do-able but complex in a fun way. It will also have a prize that's well worth the same kind of effort you've all amazed me by putting in.
Pre-release copies of Sequence will be well before July but anyone who's wondering where they're at is welcome to post here (I'll check back regularly!), drop a line to hello@lastpassage.com or even email me direct at adrian-dawson@hotmail.com. I will update twitter et al tomorrow (@adeydawson).
As a debut novelist whose thunder was stolen somewhat by Dan Brown (not his fault) in the early 2000s (Codex was first submitted in 1999 and one publisher said they tired of the Millenial theme....?) it really has been a pleasure speaking with you all about Codex, the comp and related stuff.
To quote Freddie Mercury "You brought me fame and fortune and everything that goes with it... I thank you all!" OK, so fame and fortune is an exaggeration, but I hope that fortune follows YOU all.l
Thank you and, for now, goodnight!
Adrian
PS. Last Passage will be contacting all winners tomorrow with more details and to obtain delivery addresses.Author of Codex and Sequence.0 -

Hard choice:
1. I can send you a signed copy of an "uncorrected for errors" version of Sequence - upon which the newspapers base their reviews etc - and due back from the printers at the end of this month; or
2. I can send you a signed copy of a commercial copy of Sequence in Paperback Original format- due for release 2 July 2011 (although you may get your copy a week or so early!!).0 -

Not sure what you mean by "Hard Choice"....?Author of Codex and Sequence.0
