Lol, very funny. But the issue there was the slow speed, the gap and mostly the fats rising bollards and they are at very few sites...normal barriers are fine.

..... you are promoting something that Martin Lewis's website is not for, money saving is fine, what you suggest could quite likely land someone in court!

    What are you on about??

We've already agreed that there it's a difficult case for a PPC to win wrt any parking invoices. My advice is no different to 'don't pay unenforceable invoices [unless you want to]'.

But you are not saying not to pay invoices, you are saying not to pay the landowner who happens to be NCP a fee for parking, and then to get around it by risking damage to a car and the barrier, you are in fact promoting something a large majority of the regular posters on here pepipoo and cag disagree with, and that is avoiding paying a legitimate and fair fee to use facilities.

Again I go back to the point, its because of people like your friend abusing car parks is the reason why we have PPCs now!
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
