    Yes, piece of cake.

    Simply park.

    Go on hols/break/work trip.

Upon return simply follow another car out through the barrier [don't worry the barrier won't 'come down on top of car and kill everyone in car'].

    Total cost....free.

And that is why more and more PPCs exist, because of idiots abusing car parks like this, I may not like NCP because they are a PPC, but in running multi storey parking they are providing a service that they should be paid for.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Pre booking online with at least 4 days notice, gets the price down from the standard rate :j
Its a good discount but - based on the OP's original request of 5 days in early March - is still £11 more than Purple Parking. :o
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

The OP asked how to pay less, I advised them of an option. Don't start bleating on fgs.

That is not money saving, that is deliberately confusing people with stupid comments that could land people in court, because one day someone is going to take you seriously and they will land up in court because its a council ticket!

Really you are not helping here, if you make a joke of a situation, ensure that the comment is actually plainly a joke, honestly you are not funny!

I am just pointing out that people will look at some of your posts, and conclude that its safe to do this everytime, imo you shouldn't do it at any time, is it any wonder we have cowboy firms lurking in car parks with people like your friend abusing car parks!

Quite simple, companies see their car parks being abused by idiots like your friend en masse, these said companies are served a sales pitch by a PPC, saying we will cure all your problems, so then a PPC lurks a car park, then someone else sees this as good money making scheme and sets up another PPC to rip off drivers, then it snowballs to what we have now.

So very related, and don't advise people to abuse car parks by going under a barrier that is raised, what happens if it comes down quicker than you said it would, they get damage to their car, they damage a barrier, they get taken to court for criminal damage. But then its ok oopsadaisy said it is advised!

    But that doesn't happen.

Think about it...how does the barrier know when to come down??

Then how does it tell the difference between a stretch limo/bus and two cars close together [clue - it can't].

Quite simple barriers can have sensors, if you are trying to escape paying by trying to go under a barrier you are only asking for trouble!

And even if it doesn't have a sensor, you are promoting something that Martin Lewis's website is not for, money saving is fine, what you suggest could quite likely land someone in court!
