I haven't seen NRT for several months, most weeks have had 30 hours on offer recently but today... yes NRT.

However, the only time in the last year I've not been able to make my hours up to 15 or so was over the summer.

I'd be over the moon at 10-15 regular hours per week :)

If you are allowed to say on here, what does NRT stand for? Also, does everyone get offered the same amount of work, or do you have to grab what you can from a job board?

    p.s
I've just submitted part two :j

mochynbach: the smartcrowd site is where they will employ from for UK

Tara: nrt just means no work (not sure if we can say what it stands for). You just got to be real careful what you say as anything related to tasks is against the NDA, even the word you used (beginning with v)

On the whole everyone gets the same work, but there are some tasks you can opt out of, and some you may have to do extra exams to get.

Good luck with your exams :)

pm me if you want any more info

I've just looked on their website but am not sure which to apply for?

Does anyone have any recommendations please.

Sorry if i'm being dim but it looks like there are a lot of options.

    Thanks. :o

well tracey its up to you, the basic one is internet assessor and from the general gist of what i get from this thread, I think that generally has the most work available.

The other 2 do sound interesting though.

this is the page you are looking at I assume:

I am coming to the end of my year, so am expecting the 'goodbye' email any day now. I have really enjoyed LB and apart from a couple of months when NRT has been bad I have always got the minimum, plus a fair bit more.

Just got mine through an hour ago. Gave me a days notice :(

Had a great year, definitely going to miss it, 2 crappy months around july ish, but other than that cant complain.

I think they need to improve some areas; they need better communication. I really think they need a forum where we could go and ask questions and see how other raters think about tasks without risking breaking the NDA.

It's still annoying that no one there can give me a reason as to why the contract is only a year. I only ever get "its above my pay grade". It must cost them loads to retrain and weed out the bad raters over and over again.

Ah well hope they rehire me next year

    Hey justice.
As far as I can see they are still recruiting on the smart crowd website. The exams can be a pain but you get a lot of time. Cant say too much about the work as there is a non disclosure agreement. Its basically saying how suitable websites are. It can be hard at first but you get better as you get more experience.
