(Am with Nat West) However.............have just received an email to say there was an error with a "swift" code and that payment to me failed. They have "updated" the swift code and payment should follow in 3-5 days?? Have no idea what a swift code is and also not thrilled that I have to wait even more time!!!

I've not received that email yet. That is bad having to wait longer. I was thinking of changing my payment to go to NatWest maybe I won't now :-(

I've never had a problem with Nat West before so am thinking the problem must be their end????0

I emailed yesterday and just had a reply saying they are looking into it. I've had to do a bit of a juggle around with finances as was expecting it Monday at the latest to.0

I had an email with the metrics and I cannot get anywhere near what they are expecting. I have emailed them to ask them for more instructions as I cannot see how its possible to complete them within the timescale they have suggested.
I emailed them asking whether there were further instructions and received a reply saying "no", and that was it !! I was specifically asking for advice on when to use the last answer on the quality question, as I felt that I was having to use this a lot, otherwise I feel you're just guessing quite a lot, unless you know the UK really well !!

LOL - I e-mailed now as well as Santander have advised that processing has closed for today.
I got an automated response saying that because of the large volume of e-mails they may take up to 4 working days to get back to me. I am actually also waiting for a certification invoice to be paid which is nearly 60 days old!Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -

Nope! I got the same response as you! I really didnt see any use in the information I was giving them. I was also basically told to release them if I didnt understand!0 -

I thought the same thing, though I didn't bother to email them. I'm glad they seem to have gone, for now, at least0
