Anyone else taking Lionbridge Exam next week?

I got an email today saying my minutes for those tasks we record on the separate timesheet had been approved with warning, for being below 'target productivity.' It really doesn't explain what this is - and doesn't mention my 'normal' timesheet minutes at all! Anyone else had this?

I've also had my timesheet approved for these additional tasks (with no warning) but nothing for the main timesheet. However, timesheet submission is still open for this so I am guessing they are dealing with the two separately. Can't help you with the warning though!

I have had mine rejected but the expected number per hour was pretty ridiculous; let alone the fact that the tasks themselves were tough (partly die to lack of instruction, and partly due to the required knowledge of location for the user).

Just glad I only did a small number of them, and chose other tasks for bulk of the months work

I understand what it means now then. It's ridiculous really as the time expected per task was expected to cover ALL types of tasks within those 'special ones' and some of them did take MUCH longer than others!

Anyone had their time sheet rejected with what they think is a way off productivity score ??

My productivity is usually about 95% but this month my timesheet (for normal tasks) has been rejected as its down to 63% :eek: Ive chekced my timesheet and there are no glaringly obvious errors where i have inputted my time. Ive emailed them but dont hold out much hope of a response.

I dont feel very inclined to change my hours as i struggled to do very much last month and by chopping off 35% will reduce it even more !!

Ive not heard about my 'normal tasks' timesheet yet; hope its not late because they are going to reject it What I have noticed recently, is they seemed to be monitoring it on-going through the month, because a few times over the last few months Ive had emails mid months advising me Im slightly down and showing where i.e. what tasks and by how much, so you can just go in and alter it. Thought this was a better way than leaving it til the end of the month for you to try and figure out how to amend it. Havent had any of these emails this month though so had hoped my timesheet was ok...hope theyre not going to reject mine too . I never seem to get any answers from them to the trickier (!!) questions, so I wouldnt hold out much hope on them getting back to you....I emailed them last month for advice on why my star rating had dropped from consistent 4/5 stars to a 3 and never got a reply :mad:

I hadnt recieved any update emails through the month either and assumed all was ok - thats why its come as such a shock that im so way off this month. :mad:

It sounds the same as the email I received, have another read of it and look at the amount of minutes quoted, hopefully you should find that it relates to the other projects and not the main timesheet before you go reducing the hours!

I reduced the hours on my other projects timesheet and they came back and approved it within 24 hours. I am still waiting to hear about my main timesheet.

Had my other project timesheet approved the other day and my main timeshseet approved email came this morning

Ok, so im going to sneak off in embarrassement !! Fifilabouch - you were absolutly right the rejected timesheet was for the special project. Just had my main timesheet approved

Need to go back and adjust my special timesheet now - like others have said their expected times were so way off there was no way you could stick to the guidelines. At least i didnt spend hours doing them so i shouldnt have to change too much.
