Really Really good. We paid 15 pound each which let us jump the queue and gave us our own table. Its smaller than i had imagined but i guess that dded to the atomsphere. It was mostly hen parties and dressing up is encouraged. The stage at the front doubles up as a dance floor when the acts arent on, i think it was an act every half an hour. Men dressed as pop stars really going for it - but its not cringy they are great! really funny too. The bar is a little expensive but to be honest, not really much more than any other club these days. You wont regret going - there was none of that "meat market" feel that you can get at some places, everyone just wanted a good time and a good laugh. The music was a mixture from 70s to current, something for everyone to dance to!!
Oh and if you say youre a hen do when you book you get a free hen night kit - willy straws anyone??!!!!! :j

We're off to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the arcades in the morning, then heading home for 8 for a meal in the town centre, a few jugs of cocktails and a boogie!! I can't wait!

The mini bus taking us has a keareoke system installed so we can all have a sing song there and back!! Have told the driver to bring industrial strength ear plugs!!

Daytime - theres a place in sheffield where you go and they choreograph (sp??) a dance to your fave track for you all. Theres props and bubbly and once you've all got it they film it and pop it on a dvd. We're having an 80s song.

That sounds a laugh...can you let me know the name of that place? And do you know if there's other places do anything similar?

Quite excited - we're having afternoon tea at the Dorchester Hotel, then going to see Wicked (my favourite fave show) then back to our home town to stay over and then do something secret the next day!!

The only thing I specified in massive letters was NO STRIPPERS!!
I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.

then thought i would just go out in town- but im not a massive drinker- and would prob end up going home early!
i like the thought of the spa- but they are expensive- and my friends hate being touched- weird!! i love massages haha

so i have no idea- but defo NO STRIPPERS for me either!

I'm not a massive drinker either and a big Saturday night out on the town is my idea of hell! I also have an adversion to anything 'pampery' lol
I am now going for cocktail class on a Sunday afternoon so everyone can have a wee drink and a laugh without the big night out pressure. Everyone I've asked seems keen so far.
I've also said no willies, no strippers and no L-plates!
  • I am going to bluestone park in Wales, I am looking forwards to it so much!! Going with my SIL, 2 best mates, mum and he best mate. For a 3 night stay its about £80 but at least we can cater ourselves as we have our own lodge!! It has a swimming pool/ water park, spa, but also some adventurous stuff plus a village centre with pub and shop etc!
