The Quidco decline started a few yeras ago in opinion. They used to be great originally, but sadly now with a different management system they are a disgrace.
Customer focus/care is now way down the pecking-order.

Agreed. It all happened when they changed the website so that it became far less user-friendly and was all about promoting vouchers and large cashback deals - many of which never materialise. Since then, they pay lip service to the voices of their members. Hopefully people posting on here about the real Quidco will warn other unsuspecting potential members to think twice before being swayed by the hype. Shame though - I wish it were not so and once it wasn't!0
