He was just really rude to me. Can you see what i posted back? I am not assertive but i draw the line at some creep who can't even be bothered to cut his hair and has the gall to call me uneducated and patronising. Some real weirdo's out there. Gosh.

I find accuracy is always a good approach in these situations SW. Is he saying you have had no education, presumably he has a Phd. Layer the sarcasm on with a skip.

I told him to f@@@@ off politely and deleted the friend (whose friend he was) from my facebook. She is someone i helped once on MSE. No biggie. How rude though. I have enough grief in my life i dont need any more. Utter nob.

Cheers guys, i have just sent a letter contesting it all- found a very useful site. I wouldn't mind if i was unscrupulous and fudged details, but i never have- in fact they know more about my financial details than my mother..lol.

SW- sorry to hear that, i haven't seen anything on your fb page to suggest anything untoward. It is certainly the best way to deal with it by deletion..hugs back and a couple turnips lobbed for good measure.

Thanks KC, the letter has been sent by recorded delivery and we will see what happens. I am also sending a SAR request as i want recordings or screen captures of conversations. I know what i have put down - note wise, when i have rung and i also have a timeline of dates. So i am gathering evidence.
Hopefully the matter will be resolved very quickly as i am still really annoyed at them.

Well today it takes another twist, we have a statement saying we owe nothing at all..Now call me Kate/Bob or a codfish, but is this an example of how to not organize a p** up in a brewery?
