I have no words of wisdom but I am exactly the same! Even when you get time to chill out it still pops in your head and gets you down! (or it does with me anyway!)

Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?

I find chocolate and sex work for me!;) :D

But seriously, yeah I know what you mean... I think that you need to turn the negative into the positive. When you start feeling down about it cos you can't stop thinking about it, do something proactive. Stick some stuff on ebay to flog, sign up for mystery shopping, do a menu plan, do something free! When that nagging voice comes back in your head, tell it to push off cos you have done your bit for today!

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

Have you tried setting up a spreadsheet or a little chart to help you work out how long it will take to pay things off if you didn't do anything different, and then another one for if you overpay / put mystery shopping towards it / sell stuff, etc?

It helps me to think about it in that way - if I know I'm doing better than I could be it helps me relax.
