I think the same has happened to us all what happened to sindydee, that they just cancelled them after the money was taken

I am going to give it a few days and ring up to see what is going on.

OMG ! this is very strange. I have just checked my order status and it now says that my chairs were despatched on the 9th Feb 2011. Does that mean I have a contract and now they have to send them to me?

do you have a tracking number ?

I can't see a tracking number but I've taken a print screen of the page that says they have been despatched.

Simmysim,Jlilal, check your account. I have been looking just at 'open and recently despatched orders'
but I have just looked at 'orders placed in the last 6 months ' and that's where is says

Items despatched on 9 Feb 2011:

• 2 Qty Abbey Recliner (Manual)

now I think that must be the contract that means THE CHAIRS ARE MINE

Yep mine says Items despatched on 9 Feb 2011 when I look in there aswell Bonbon :eek:

And when I click on view order from that page it has delivered by the 2nd March.
