Any idea what time the customer sevice is open to?
I think they would have phoned by now if it was being delivered tomorrow.:A0 -
I don't know the times, but I'm wondering if it will actually be M&S that will call, or the courier, as it's them who are delivering. Their depot could be open until late.0

Not sure if any help but I have had sofas from them before and it was courier who contacted me to arrange delivery. Fingers crossed for you!:j :j :j:A0

I was checking out a deal posted on HUKD for a mobile phone but it was out of stock, clicked the back button and there it was
Really didn't think I would get it but I did. I got an email from M&S saying my card details were wrong and thought it was their way of copping out, it turned out I'd entered the wrong expiry date on my card
It was last January when M&S were posting random technology items at silly prices, I think a few people on MSE got mobile phones and tv's, M&S were clearing odds and ends that they were no longer going to stock.
PS As others have said, it's the courier that contacts you to arrange delivery of large items. I really hope you all get your chairs x0 -

I just spoke to them. It's a no go. (well mine anyway) BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
My order was cancelled soon after my money was taken and they didn't send out a cancellation email.
What I suggest you do is call this number - 0845 7624 624 and press the option that relates to furniture delivery. This will take you through to the delivery company. They didn't have my order - or any details of mine on their system and advised to me ring back on the same number and speak to M & S customer services.
I just spoke to them as I asked for my £4.00 to be refunded. (The guy said - worth a try lol)

I don't think I'm going to contact them for a week. Then I'll phone to ask what's happened to them, and complain that they haven't had the courtesy to tell me or even refund my money.
Of course, there is still a teenie weenie chance that the chairs might arrive.
