Radio Times - is anyone else hacked off with constantly late delivery?

Options
Radio Times promise that subscribers will receive their copies no later than they go on sale in the shops.

But they haven't met that promise for weeks now.

Anyone else hacked off with their constant excuses?

When's your copy been arriving lately?

  • Im surprised anyone bothers to buy or subscribe to it anymore. Every weekend paper has a decent tv section for the week now

Possibly. But any decent weekend paper costs between £1.50 and £2 (rather more than the Radio Times) and it contains only a fraction of the Radio/TV information that the Radio Times does.

    Horses for courses, I think.

Delivery has been a bit ropey the last month, I assumed it was all weather related & part of the postal general problems. Ours normally comes on a Tuesday, which is the day it goes on sale ?

Tuesday's the day it should arrive (Wednesday last week, because of the Bank Holiday). Didn't arrive on time this week, or last, and the Christmas issue arrived after Christmas!

Used to arrive reliably on time, but not any longer.

It even caters for the intellectually challenged who rely on Sky for their televisual entertainment. :D

I still get it as it's the only one I know to reliably show which progs are subtitled. I usd to hate deciding to watch something from the newspaper listings anddiscovering no subtitles. I need them to follow things now.

I think you will find that Sky Arts is channel 255, darn site more challenging than East Enders.

Just skipped through BBC1 the other night to hear them talking about birds in some moranical language. Mother Geese and her babies, and it was not a pantomime (Mother Goose!), but a wildlife programme.

    STOP THE BBC TAX
