Tesco prices has gone up :(, the cheapest is now £25 per month with £342 upfront for iPhone 4 16GB making it £642 for 12 months in total.

    It used to be £589 (£349 for phone and £20 x 12)

But does this still make it the cheapest deal around?

    Hi,

Don't forget that you can get a decent amount if you recycle your iphone through companies like Mazumamobile.

    I've got a 16GB 3GS and can get £200 for it.

Going to use it to get myself out of my current O2 contract and possibly get a Tesco sim. :D

Recycling is a misnomer. Selling it (carefully) via an auction site provides you with a better return on investment. The other sites are well known for promising an amount, then reducing it once the handset arrives, or best yet - claiming it was damaged in transit and you get nothing, AND have to pay for its return.

    Hi Buzby,
I have read a couple of bad things about some of these sites. But I have used Mazuma a number of times and never had a problem, and always got the original quote.

It does take the hassle out of selling it.

But its all about what you are comfortable with.

I would, personally, would never sell a phone through ebay due to the number of scammers.

    Cheers
