you sure the anti syphon valve isnt jammed in you filler neck some cars have a ping pong ball near the bottom also doubles up as a handy roll over valve if you decide to flip your car0

I don't spill any Diesel down the side of my car. And I never spilled any petrol down the side of my previous cars.
