I am sorry about your news
I hope something else turns up soon and you don't have much of a gap.
Only you kow whether your purchases were necessary or need to go back under these new circumstances. The only thing I want to say is that you must keep track of all your spending even more so now as this is a period of uncertainly.
Please come back and post on this thread. There is no judgement from any of us but reporting the spending might help you keep better track of it...hopefully!

I bought pizza and some sweets for my son's sleepover today
But my lovely OH bought me a very warm coat for dog walking in as I am freezing!!
