    I have spent
    50p can of tango
    £1.40 chip butty with curry.
£12 new shoes and coat for ds1 and ds2 (not bad I thought)
I am probably going to spend another £45 on some chocolate!
Was supposed to go to butchers & shopping but oh ruined everything! and made me go into scs where he talked me into trying to buy new furniture (on sale) but it's still annoying!
I am feeling crap today and couldn't care less about money!

Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!
  • I have spent £1200

Had the last of the double glazing fitted (been doing it bit by bit) and paid for it all from savings :)

Freezing all day as we had big holes in the house where the windows were, but we have noticed a draft drop already. The old windows almost fell out.

What happened to your toe Moozie?

I have an ingrowing toe nail which was treated by a chiropodist yesterday, I have been postponing treating it as I wanted to save the money and kept hoping it would heal itself but in the end, I saw sense and went and had it done. Feels so much better today, even though I walked around quite a bit. The others are suffering with frostbite now though :rotfl: Flip flops are not for this weather! :naughty:

thank you for asking angela24 :o

Yung - you little fibber!!! :rotfl:

  • I've just posted a thread saying that I've been made redundant and it pains me to do this but I need to get this off my chest - today's spending:
Ambre solaire fake tan - £8.99
    Ultra Fit magazine - £3.50
2 drinks in the pub at lunchtime (at least mine was only lemon & lime this time!) - £3.50 (ish - can't remember exactly)
New earphones to wear in the gym - £7.99
    Rechargeable batteries - £5.99
The good news - £27.99 refunded to my puny bank account after I returned some jogging bottoms to the stupid sports shop in town that doesn't have a fitting room.

I know, none of the above purchases were necessary now that I am officially unemployed and have nothing else lined up yet.
    Hang your head in shame!!!
