Failed MOT *sigh*

Failed on 7 things, only one of them is gonna cause me problems

The stupid ABS light stays on which "indicates and ABS fault"

My ABS light used to stay lit too. Luckily it was only the sensor , cost about £80 to fix though .

    Are you suggesting something?

If its what I think it is, apparently that doesnt work anymore. If its not what I think it is then ignore me, LOL

You seem to have a liking for this suit and cupboard lol.

For a cheap possible, take it to a garage steam cleaner and concentrate behind the wheels around the hubs etc.
Have a look first to see if you can see where the sensor is.
Do it from the rear of the car, on your knees if needed, so you can see the back of the wheel.
    Repeat at the front.
Worked for the wifes last year.

Disconnecting the light probably won't work. The light is usually set to come on when you start the car and then go out when the sensors detect motion. If it doesn't detect all the wheels turning, or there is another fault, it stays lit.

The tester will be looking for it lighting up initially.
