Interview on Wednesday.....second opinion needed

I've got an interview for a job that I really, really want on Wednesday. It's a young and very dynamic company and although I'm confident in my abilities to do the job I'm in two minds as to what to wear for the interview.
The interview is at the company Head Office and my options are.
Black shift dress, Black suit jacket, heels
or
Brown trouser suit, cream blouse, brown heels
I can't afford anything new and all my other suits are too big....help!

My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say

Ignore......check!

I vote for black. Out of interest are you able to describe the shade of brown further? Closer to a beige and I'd probably go with the trouser suit.
Is there any way you could try begging for money at the job centre as they sometimes provide money for such expenses.Wanted a job, now have one. :beer:0 -
I have the colour brown, so black for me.0

I'm currently working and not claiming any benefits so I don't think the job centre would help.
The suit is between beige and light brown with a check in a darker brown thread, it's a nice suit, from Next but the black shift dress is a lot "trendier"My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. 100 % the black, but id focus more on being ready for interview ,learn as much as possible about the company ,about where its come from and where its going to.
Have you prepared a slide show etc ? I interviewed a very strong candidate last week.He had prepared a swat analysis of one of our stores vs our main competitor in the same town.I was very impressed ,he didn t get the role he applied for but is now a Trainee branch Manager with us.Good luck.Life is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -

Black it is then!
I'm mentally ready for the interview, I have lot's of relevant experience, I've had a half hour telephone "chat" with the Director of the Company who gave me lot's of facts and figures about the company. I've studied their website which is very detailed. Did not consider doing a slide show or SWOT analysis......maybe I will do the analysis, at least I've got it if I need it during the interview.
So nervous, it makes it worse because I really want the job and the salary is brilliant! My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. When you prepare the powerpoint along with the hard copy notes and the SWAT analysis, include the company logo. Always looks impressive!0
