Here we go, muddle muddle to try and dig himself out.

    :)

What am digging myself out of? Your false claims that you can't substantiate because they're wrong?

Go spend some time with your children before your wife divorces you, your children hate you and MSE is truly all you have left. This is a very real reality for you.

Think about it. This guy has a family yet he spends his time with his back to them posting negative news stories and talking about sock puppets.

I have nothing to lose by warning him that he needs to change this behaviour. He has potentially everything to gain.

You'll have a bit of a job rewiring and replumbing these days, building regs have moved on quite significantly.

In the unlikely event you manage to buy a house, you need to be looking at Part P building regulations. Plumbing beyond simple replacement also I believe needs certifying by a qualified person. Even changing a back door needs certifying too. It's pretty crazy these days.

You can do what I did and ignore the certification requirements and follow the regs.
