and you wonder why they make so much profit. i just spoke to there broadband department as am only getting 2.5mb when am on the maximum package. the people in india lie as they dont know the answer to anything. i even asked them how much a month they get paid as i always wondered this and she told me she get 12.000 rupees which i think is about £5 a day.0

If those in the call centres in India are on £5 a day, that is far to much for the service you get off them. They never solved any problems when I was with BT.
Now I am with TT I now pay them for the line as they say they have taken it over but BT is responsible for maintaining it.0 -

The speed you get will depend on your line quality and distance from the exchange.0
