I think he must have lost that bet, because he does seem rather annoyed about something. Maybe he didn't take the bet and he's...the type that goes off crying when he can't take it.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Sorry about that, we'll clear up the feathers when we're finished. I'd like to finish now, but if I do, I might be accused of going off crying.
I'm rather depsparate to go out to work. I don't want to backtrack on what I just typed, but I have customers to see. Maybe if chucky takes that bet, I might be able to take the day off and stay online.
OK, must go to work. Yes chucky, I`ll be careful with the door. 30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Back on the house prices discussion.
I remember back in January 2010, we had A LOT of snow if I remember rightly. It was also the end of the stamp duty holiday and there was an uncertain future. Most people held back due to waiting for the next round of the rescue by the government.
In March 2010 (I Think), they announced the new FTB stamp duty holiday, which wouldnt actually kick in with positivity into the market until later in the year.
I just get the feeling that Jan 2011 and Feb 2011 compared to Jan 2010 will be a jump UP rather than DOWN. Based on the fact there was a hangover in Jan 2010 from the overall stamp duty holiday.Plan
 1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
 2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)
 3) Ensure healthy pension fund - (Doing)
 4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
 5) Keep everyone happy, healthy and entertained (Done, Doing, Going to do)0

per-haps clucky can confirm yes or no. thanx clucky m8[/QUOTE
 Hi Dirk
Actually there is no real reason why the timescale for the bet need to end, even though Chucky bottled it and all of a sudden lost his voice.:rotfl:
The bet can still go ahead, i am quite happy to bet chucky £5000 still that i turned up for two shifts on Xmas day and Xmas eve at the rough sleepers centre near the royal docks at 15.25pm. Of course Martin Lewis or one of his staff would have to get involved, i would be quite happy to hand £5000 over to Martin Lewis as long as Chicky also does the same, obviously the winner gets his £5000 back and the other £5000 goes to charity.... SO WHAT ABOUT IT CHUCKY:), do you want to give £5000 to a wortwhile cause, surely you do.0
