We sold our house with House Network in September last year. All very impressive, great photos taken with a good write-up. We were very fortunate to accept an offer from the very first viewing organised by House Network and saved a huge amount of money selling a house this way!!

That sounds like the mother almighty of spam adverts..........Lots of housenetwork spammers and bullsh1ters on here today.
Err..... this person is a genuine poster, unlike the one I reported, who only ever posted the same thing 3 times in as many minutes - not that the mods took any notice:(
Even if someone is spamming, there's no need to be abusive. It isn't a criminal offence, or on a par with drowning kittens!

No I don't think I would have made any more money. All the agents I had round wanted me to put it on the market for £5k less than I advertised it at, with a view of me taking £5k less than the asking price as well as having to pay their fees. I got £8k more than they said I would. I am happy that I sold to the first person through the door, as I don't want to have to keep my house in show home condition for the next however many weeks it could take to sell and I may not have got a better offer - it's a gamble but I think having a buyer with no chain is better than a slightly higher offer with a big chain!0

That sounds like the mother almighty of spam adverts, all teeth and sun tans, hitting tennis balls gently in the park with happy kids in shot. Can I have an apple mummy ?

Her last post (44) in this thread is the same 'rosey bullsh1t' and my spam filter is a twitching .

I would report abuse, not identify yourself via a link.

Answer honestly - do you get a kickback if someone uses your discount code?
If so, you're posting for personal gain - and that's against forum rules.0 -
cross posting. You are a 1 message multiple post boring spam moron and not welcome. Any company which spams like yours does must really be the pits.crispdriver wrote: »ps. before anyone accuses me of spamming, I have left similair reviews on other MSE forum pages. From a person who bought via an online agency I can honestly say we had no problems.
We arranged the viewing, people we bought from showed us round. We did not need a second viewing as we "knew" it was the one (had already viewed lots), negotiated via agency. We viewed the house a couple more times prior to completion but did this directly via sellers as we bumped into them at local shops and exchanged numbers.
We would have done keys via solicitors but ended up having a key the night before when we took our tv down early (my oh was working that day and sky were coming in the afternoon, suited them as they were emigrating and tv was gone, they were sat on garden chairs!) they left the rest of the keys in the property for us as agreed.
If we had a less amicable purchase we may have needed them more but as it was the sellers had a great low cost sale, essentially paying for right move advertising.0
