Boots 75% off sale - possible date

I just went to my local. Spoke to my fav SA who said it was definitely due for Wed 12th ( they even had all the signs dated yesterday) and then on Tuesday last thing they received an e-mail cancelling it. Apparently Mr B has made so much profit he can afford to leave stock at 50% and it may not be reduced further. When said I heard it may be tommorow as it will be 3 weeks since the beginning of the sale online she just smiled. Anyway as I am away from Sunday night she said if I wanted to leave her my list and gift card she would buy for me. I also spotted the Botanics Essentials set which are lovely and would be a steal at £3.00.
I have decided that maybe Mr B needs an e-mail telling him how disappointed we all are that after a year of buying stuff we dont really need with all those vouchers he should reward us with the 75% sale. So I will let you know if I get a reply and cross fingers for tommorow.

hiya guys just spoke to a friend of mine who works for boots not a sa and the sale was planned for yesterday but people are still buying lots at 50% so they decided to pull the 75% sale and he dont know if at all it will be on :mad: xx

Ive herd the same, they have made so much profit they can leave it out for a extra week, Im wondering if to go in there today and get the bits i really want and then if the 75% does come just buy that too

Hi all, does anybody know what the stock levels are like at Tamworth Ventura Park, I went in about a week ago and there was hardly anthing, has it changed. Thankyou

im from Tamworth ventura had lots on tuesday and the one in town also has lots

if it dont go to 75% i wont be buying anything im affraid.we should all make a stand and not but nothing and they will have to reduce it more to get rid.make up and the food/drinks has sell by dates on

I'm sure the 75% sale will happen as they will never sell everything at 50%. Many shops still have plenty of stock. I think this is a ploy to sell a bit more at 50%! Already people are paniking and talking about buying stuff at 50% that they were waiting to get at 75%. Just what Boots are hoping for I'm sure!

i agree we all need to just calm down and wait patiently as i for one wont be buying anything in the 50% sale who's with me??

when i mentioned to sa there was word that 75% isnt going to happen, she was a bit baffled and said if they dont then they wont shift the remaining stock. Apparantly it needs to go because they need the room for new spring/summer stock. I think maybe tomorrow. Watch this space........ ???
